In 1995, when Steve first decided to pursue real estate as a career--after months of research and soul-searching--it was a purposeful decision, entered into with the passion and drive of someone committed to nothing less than excellence. Since then, Steve has attained the most respected professional credentials available within the industry-not to hang as certificates on his wall, but to ensure that his customers are getting the most thorough, informed, and professional service they can possibly find in real estate sales and now in property management as well.

In 2000 Steve was recognized by REALTOR® Magazine as one of the nation’s top 30 agents under the age of 30. He was elected by his peers to the Board of Directors for the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service, Inc., 1998-2003 and served as Chairman in 2002. He was also elected to the Board of Directors of the Ada County Assoc. of Realtors 2003-2005 where he served as Vice President and President Elect. In 2004 he was selected as one of twelve REALTOR’s® in the state of Idaho to participate in a national leadership training program. He received the 2002 “Outstanding Service Award” from the Ada County Association of Realtors for his service and dedication to the industry. Steve has worked hard to gain the respect of his peers and has gained a reputation for being extremely honest and straight forward as a broker and local leader of his colleagues.
