The Estates at Corrente Bello, Eagle, Idaho
When I was first asked to represent this village-themed neighborhood I must admit that I went en route with a tentative perspective. However, once I drove my car through the elegant stone arches that seclude The Estates from the rest of the world, my mood and perspective were quickly enlightened. I have now been co-representing The Estates village and homes therein for fifteen months with Windermere colleague Denise Thiry. Simply stated, there is no other community subdivision that rivals the quality of location or vision of authentic Tuscan-theme than The Estates at Corrente Bello.
Homes range in size from approximately 2,800 square feet to more than 7,000 square feet. Prices range from $500k to around $2 million. The community amenities include a resort-style pool with lavish facilities and two Bocce Ball courts for those who might enjoy some laid-back European-style recreation. The Eagle foothills create an epic landscape of seasonal views while tranquil lakes trickle with elegant fountains near the neighborhood’s centrally-located gazebo. The phrase, “The Soul of Italy in the Heart of Idaho”, could not be more poignant in reference to this Old World-themed community. One drive through the subdivision will surely shed light on the originality and superior quality of life that The Estates has to offer. If you are in the market for a new home, whether you are seeking a build-job or a pre-constructed home, I encourage you to share the same experience that I had by visiting The Estates at Corrente Bello.
